Jason Hillier
|
My name is Jason Hillier. I grew up in the small town of Wheatley, located in South-Western Ontario. I was introduced to the outdoors at a very young age. I got my start with a BB gun at the age of 5 and began shooting all sorts of birds and frogs. I spent most of my younger years in the creek bottoms, spear fishing for carp, catching turtles and craw dads.
I started hunting as soon as I could get my license, at the age of 15 and was hooked from the start. Whether it was hunting rabbits or squirrels in the bush that bordered our yard or goose hunting in the fields, it didn’t matter as long as I was out doing it. To this day I still lose sleep thinking about hunts or decoys or calls.
I have had the opportunity to hunt in Alberta, Ontario, Saskatchewan, and New Brunswick all due to my Career in the Canadian Army.
I am an avid angler and hunter and jump at the chance to do either whenever I get the opportunity.
I have an amazing dog that works tirelessly. I am also very lucky to have such an understanding woman in my life who allows me all the time in the world to follow my dreams. Thanks Linds.
Lastly, I would like to say how happy I am to be able to staff for a line of products that I truly believe in.

Chris Stoddard

I was born and raised in Lanark County Ontario, Canada. As a toddler my father, Alex, took me duck hunting, and I can still remember sitting on a blanket watching ducks get shot. From those first early mornings, my passion for waterfowling is still growing
Being Outdoors is the only place I can imagine being, its who I am. Watching a flock of ring-neck ducks buzz the decoys; hearing geese in the predawn off in the distance or training dogs for next year’s pursuit.
I have had the pleasure of hunting waterfowl all over North America. Hunting has provided great experiences and the opportunity to meet many new friends, chasing ducks and geese along the way. Every year, I anticipate the fall migration of geese and ducks just east of my home, where annually thousands of waterfowl stage. This is where I primarily guide for Canada Geese and ducks.
I now spend 3 months of the winter training retrievers and running retriever competitions in Arkansas and surrounding states.
Never far away from my thoughts is my wife; Jayne, who also enjoys hunting, and who has encourage me to fulfill my dreams of life in the outdoors. We have two children; our 6 year old daughter Victoria, who’s already a crack shot; and our son Wesley, who at 4 is developing a burning sensation for the outdoors fishing and hunting.
Growing up training hounds and retrievers, it was a natural progression to give up my hardwood flooring business to pursue professional dog training and guiding for my livelihood .I made the transition in the late 90’s and have never looked back.
It’s a rough job training dogs and blowing one of George’s calls all fall but some one has t o do it.

Don Pettit
|
Don Pettit hails from southwestern Ontario and has been an avid hunter for nearly 30 years. Don’s father first introduced to him to hunting over 35 years ago, but it wasn’t until he learned to hunt waterfowl that he became obsessed with the sport. He is married and has 4 daughters (Don says “I love all my girls, but with that much estrogen in the house …. I need to get out for guy time, and hunting is my escape!”)
He has always loved to hunt ducks, but about 15 years ago the Canada Goose population started to explode in southern Ontario and Don has been going for the big birds ever since!
Snow Geese have also caught Don’s eye. The interest here has taken him to week long hunts in Northern Saskatchewan, where he experienced what he likes to call “a snow goose tornado”. “While in a layout blind, thousands (not kidding!) of snow geese made their approach and ‘spiraled’ directly over me. The sky actually turned dark. It was absolutely amazing!”
Don is actively involved as a director on the executive committee of both the Rondeau Bay Waterfowler’s Association, and the Delta Waterfowl – Migration Mentor’s Chapter. He especially enjoys introducing young people to the great sport of waterfowl hunting, and teaches at various Youth hunts throughout the year. Being a licensed Carpenter, Don has lent his expertise time and again to numerous projects associated with hunting. From helping kids to build nesting boxes, to building public boardwalks in the marshlands at Rondeau Bay.
“The sport is in my blood”, says Don. “There is nothing better than being with friends for a day of hunting. Watching the sunrise from a goose blind while awaiting our quarry … it just doesn’t get any sweeter than that!” “I am grateful to God for blessing us with the beauty and bounty that we have here in southwestern Ontario.”
Don would like to thank his wife Myra for being so understanding, and for “putting up with my obsession”. He says, “I come home from a full day of hunting, and supper is waiting for me! Life is good for Don!”
Don is thrilled to be a member of the Lynch Mob Pro Staff team and looks forward to sharing his love of the sport with anyone who’ll listen.

Brian Bernauer
|
My name is Brian Bernauer. I grew up on a farm near the small town of LeRoy Saskatchewan, which is just a short drive from the Quill Lakes flyway. For as long as I can remember I have been a hunter. In my early years I enjoyed hunting big game such as whitetail deer, mule deer and moose with my father who over the years has taught me about the outdoors. As I grew older my brother and I, along with a few friends, started getting into waterfowl hunting. I can remember strolling into the high school parking lot just before class was about to start with our camo on and decoys in the back of the truck along with a bag of birds.
While I attended University I was not able to hunt as much as I would have liked due to the fact that I played varsity volleyball and was tied down between that and school. However, I was still able to get my few days of deer hunting in and maybe if I was a lucky a field bird hunt with my younger brother. In 2005 I graduated post secondary school with a bachelor of education and currently teach and reside in Regina, Saskatchewan.
The past 5 years I have re-dedicated myself to waterfowl hunting and am surrounded by the excitement that goes along with it. The thrill of being in the field in the early hours of the morning and strategically placing decoys with anticipation of a great hunt ahead, or the rewarding feeling of reading birds and effectively calling them so that they turn or set up with their feet down in the hole of the spread. There is not a day that goes by that I am not thinking of waterfowl hunting or researching different hunting websites or even chatting with fellow waterfowl hunters all over the planet on different forums and blogs.
I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to live in such a great province where the hunting is comparable to the best in the world. As well as to have the love and support of my beautiful wife Cymone who understands how much hunting is a part of my life and always will be. I am excited to one day be a father and introduce hunting to my kids just as my father had done for me.
With such a great area of the country to hunt, it would be a pleasure and honor to be a part of the Lynch Mob family and to use and promote the great line of Lynch Mob products.

I live in Wheatley, Ontario. I was introduced to the outdoors at a young age by my Dad and my Uncle. I grew up fishing on Lake Erie with them for perch, pickerel and rainbow trout. They took me with them in the duck blind before I was able to get my licence.
The first time I was able to hunt ducks I went out with my Dad for the opener in Rondeau Bay. We shot our limit of teal in about 20 minutes. I was hooked right then and there. Whether it's hunting geese in a corn field or ducks in the marsh, to me there's nothing better. There is nothing greater than spending time with my family and friends in the blind.
I have a niece and nephew that will hopefully be joining me in the blind soon and I can't wait to get them out there. I got my first goose call when I was 9 years old but didn't really get into calling until I was about 22.
With some help and persuasion from some family and friends I entered a local goose calling competition about 2 years ago and did pretty well. I've only been in one other competition since then but look forward to entering more.
I am proud to represent and be a part of Lynch Mob calls.

I grew up on a farm in rural Saskatchewan right in the heart of the central flyway we like to call "Quill lakes". For as long as I can remember I have had a fascination with the outdoors. There is just something about a cool crisp morning, that solves most of life's stresses. My father introduced me into the hunting world at a very young age. He has never been big on waterfowl but fully supported my older brother and mine obsession. I remember when I was about thirteen my brother and some of his friends invited me along to go on a hunt. Even though my first shot was premature it was enough to bring down my first Canada goose, and my addiction was born.
My passion lead me to Lakeland College (located in Vermilion Alberta) where I furthered my education by taking the Wildlife Guiding and Outfitting course. I learned many secrets to aid me in my hunting adventures. Guiding took me to Lyodminster Alberta where I was a scout and guide for Pokolodi Outfitters. I met tones of great people, shared many successful hunts and learned many life lessons.
More recently I have moved to Wainwright Alberta, where I am working towards my journeyman in gas fitting. This is also the place my wife Kailey and I call home along with our two-year-old daughter Kenley. Being a new dad has been as amazing as my first hunt especially the day I found out she knew how to use a duck call (it must be genetic).
I am excited to fulfill my addiction this coming season, I'll be in the field, proudly wearing Lynch Mob around my neck while cutting the birds out of the sky.

Robert Zeigler
|
Robert Zeigler got his start hunting at a young age with his father and never looked back.
At forty-four years of age and with over thirty years of hunting experience under his belt Rob makes sure to get Outdoors at every chance he gets.
Rob grew up on the St. Lawrence River, hunting duck and geese until he enlisted into the Canadian army at nineteen. While serving he was able to tour all over the country, hunting everything from waterfowl to caribou as he went.
Rob retired from the service in ’95 and moved to Moose Creek, Ontario with his wife and son. In ’98 they were blessed with a little girl, who is eagerly following in her father’s footsteps.
Ever since he moved back Rob’s been guiding for geese with various other outfitters before starting MC Hunt Club in ’08. Between hunting turkey in the spring, waterfowl in the fall, and whitetails in the winter Rob’s out in the fields easily over a hundred days out of the year.
Not only does Rob guide goose hunts for clients, but also brings the next generation of hunters into the field with Delta Waterfowl’s Youth Mentor hunt, teaching the kids the ropes and getting them into the sport.
“It’s not just about shooting birds,” he says, “it’s about giving people something they’ll keep with them for the rest of their lives.”
And to help give the hunt of a lifetime Rob only uses the best in decoys and calls--the lifelike DAKOTA Full Body decoys in conjunction with true to sound LYNCH MOB Calls--to get the job done.
